Removing Candle Wax from Natural Stone Fireplaces

Removing Candle Wax from Natural Stone Fireplaces

We are often asked this question.

You should try Wax Off first.

If this fails you can use Stain Away or Oil Ex.

Follow the instructions on the containers and on this site.

Remember that Stain Away and / or Oil Ex will strip any sealers out of your stone. The whole area may require a deep clean with Wexa and then re-sealing.

If the stone was never sealed you can use MN Stain Stop. If it has been previously sealed you should call us first on 0845 226 1488.
