Wexa will usually work.

In stubborn cases you can use Stain Away or Mildew Away (which is safe on stone and has a bleaching effect).

There is no absolute guarantee that all staining can always be removed.

Sealing your stone or tiles will help eliminate such problems - please see the relevant section at the start of this help system.
