If we make an error with your order we will correct this error for you. Please Contact Us within seven working days of receipt.
You may return unused products, where the seals on containers have not been broken (but you may open the bags and or boxes to inspect the goods), within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. You must contact us via email to arrange this (see "contact us" details which are clearly shown on our web site). You must obtain a "Returns Number" from us so that we know who you are and who to refund. You will be responsible for carriage charges.
If you have ordered too much product we may, at our discretion, accept returns up to 14 calendar days after receipt. Please Contact Us to discuss this. We always try to assist our customers as best we can and will try to comply with requests and, for example, exchange products where possible.
