If we make an error with your order we will correct this for you. Please Contact Us within seven working days of receipt to inform us of the problem.

All items leave us in perfect condition. If a delivery should arrive damaged in any way please try to indicate this when you sign for it.

You may return entire, unused orders, where the seals on containers have not been broken (but you may open the bags and or boxes to inspect the goods) within 14 days of receipt for a refund. You must contact us via email to arrange this (see "contact us" details which are clearly shown on our web site). You must obtain a "Returns Number" from us so that we know who you are and who to refund. You will be responsible for carriage charges. Please note that because we ship liquid products, some of which are classed as hazardous, it is probable that we will need to arrange return carriage for you.
