Making a purchase could not be easier. If you know what products you require then please browse the online shop and click "Add To Basket". After you have finished your selection, click on"Basket" and / or "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment, Visa and Mastercard.
Most items on this site are held in stock, ready for same day dispatch - assuming you place your order before 1pm, Monday to Friday.

All UK Mainland orders over £50 net order value qualify for free delivery. There is a surcharge for the Scottish Highlands, Offshore UK and Irish deliveries, see rates at the checkout.
Please note that the above charges are subject to a 65p surcharge for all deliveries within the London Congestion Charge area (EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, N1, NW1 2, NW1 3, NW1 5, SE1, SE11, SW1, SW11, W1, W2 2, WC1 and WC2)
Next working day service is not guaranteed and nor do we accept any liability for costs incurred if a delivery Is later than hoped for. Standard Next day is not an option, it’s just our standard service, not guaranteed.
We deliver your order right away. Assuming orders are placed before 1pm on a working day and the items are in stock (we stock all the items) you should expect delivery the next working day.
You will be sent an email confirming your order and another containing tracking information for your consignment.
We do not accept any liability, whatsoever, for any costs arising from or attributed to a late or failed delivery.
If in the very unlikely event of your item not being in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be notified with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
You may return only unused products, where the seals on the containers have not been broken (but you may open the bags and/or boxes to inspect the goods), within 14 days from the date of delivery.
You must contact us in writing using the online contact form or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to request return and explain the reason for the return. You must obtain a "Returns Number" from us so that we know who you are and who to refund.
You must return the goods to us at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us, in which case we will meet the cost of return and arrange collection from the delivery address (Monday to Friday only) using our nominated courier (DHL). Please note that because many of our products are liquid, some of which are classified as hazardous goods, it is not possible to return them via Royal Mail and a courier service must be used. We are able to arrange collection with DHL on your behalf and the cost of this collection will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to arrange your own courier for return, please note that it is essential to disclose the nature of the product at time of booking transit. Full details of products are provided in the Safety Data Sheet available to download from our website.
You, the consumer, remain responsible for the condition of the goods until they are delivered to our registered returns address, or, if we have arranged collection on your behalf, until the goods are collected. If they are damaged or beyond reasonable condition upon return, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking/handling charge before final reimbursement. It is your responsibility to make sure that goods are packaged safely and appropriately for transit.
Upon receipt of the goods in good order, a refund shall be issued; back to the relevant payment card used for the initial purchase, within 14 days.
For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is added. At present, we do not handle international orders.
We use SagePay to process your payment who are the biggest in the UK and highly trusted. We never store your payment details.
We DO NOT store your credit or debit card details. We will NEVER share your information with any third party other than SagePay and Lloyds TSB Cardnet who clear the transactions.
Any defective product will be refunded or replaced. Please call us should you require advice before making your purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
